Lately I’ve been trying to make more of effort to take my camera out of its bag and explore some of the more photogenic spots that Bangkok has to offer. Because of this you may see me post a few photos from time to time. Many of you are MUCH better photographers than I am, so I fully welcome any critiques or thoughts! Also let me know if you like the random photo posts, as it is a new thing for Location 180.
Also forgive me, I will come up with a better way of displaying photos soon…

I definitely like the addition of photos. You’ll get better the more you shoot, so this might be incentive to shoot more. And 20 years down the road, you’re likely going to wish you’d taken more photos. Be generous with your older self
Looking good as always!
Not gonna lie. This makes me sad our plans to be in Thailand with you right now didn’t happen! Not yet anyway….
Beautiful!
nice photo! ive been there!
Really cool pic. I was in Thailand a few years ago so this made me miss it.
Nice! Keep shooting Sean! Would love to see mor random photo posts.
Definitely Agree with Erin. The more photos you take, the better you get.
Best tips I’ve got?
Bust out a tripod & read your camera manual. Chances are your little point & shoot can do more than you think it can.
@Erin I definitely think the best way to get better is to take as many photos as possible, so I’ve been trying to do more of that. It also adds a little extra motivation if I tell myself that a few times a month I have to make one of them public. You can never have to many photos!
@Alex Thanks Alex!
@Andi Yes, BIG disappointment! You talk a big game, better make it happen soon!
@Vinay It totally caught me off guard. I hopped off the train thinking the sun had already set. Nice timing I suppose.
@Matt Thanks for the support!
@Joel Actually the point and shoot I have with me doesn’t have manual settings. I used my D5000 that I bought before my trip for this shot. Definitely getting better at understanding the general principles of photography, but still have a ways to go to say the least. And yes, agreed on the tripod, getting one is one my to do list.
Cool photo man really like it! My girl is a photographer and she diggs these kind of photos.
