Well if you haven’t figured it out by now, we have a new look here at Location 180. What a difference two years makes… This past Sunday marked the two year anniversary of the very first post on Location 180. To think of everything that has happened since I began this journey, completely blows me away. This past year has easily been the most exciting, fulfilling, and awesome I’ve ever had. I still remember sitting on my mom’s couch writing my Thanksgiving post last year. The house has changed, but the message stays the same: I’ve got a lot to be thankful for. Greetings from the Big Apple! I should be landing in NYC right as this post goes live, and will officially be crossing #37 off of my bucket list. I’ve been trying to plan a trip to New York for the better part of three years, and whether it was lack of vacation time, money, or free time, it just never materialized – until now. I am probably 37,000 feet up by the time you read this, so I will approve any comments and respond as soon as I land! Over the past 9 or so months I’ve been incredibly selfish. Now, I’m not saying I’ve done anything wrong, or that looking back I should have done anything differently, but the fact of the matter is that I’ve been focused only for what is best for me, with little regard for those around me. It’s amazing how quickly the last few weeks have flown by. I leave for Thailand in 5 days, and it still hasn’t quite sunk in yet.
